Disclaimers

• Prices inclusive of 5% GST & 2.36% payment platform fees
• All accommodations are on twin sharing basis
• Individuals aged between 15 and 60 years can apply. However, only those above 18 years, with a valid Indian driving license, will be eligible to drive.
• Individuals under 18 years of age will share rooms with Parent/Guardian only
• Group of 3 Individuals can opt for triple occupancy within existing cost
• A total of 4 Individuals will share a single car

Cancellation Policy

The charges paid will be refunded in full in case the journey is canceled by The Offline World.
Standard cancellation policies in case the participant cancels will apply as follows:

• 100% of the registration fee will be refunded if the cancellation is 35 days prior to event date.
• 75% of the registration fee will be deducted if the cancellation is 30 days prior to event date.
• 50% of the registration fee will be deducted if the cancellation is 29 to 15 days prior to event date.
• No refund if the cancellation is within 14 days prior to the event date.
• All refunds will take up to 14 working days to process.

In case of a full refund on cancellation, there will be a deduction of 2% as payment processing charges.
